So far my experience with Grace Property Management has been wonderful. I worked with the leasing team, Ben and Dakotah, as well as Erin for my move in, and they have all been extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They made the touring experience easy and then went out of their way to keep me up to date on the status of the apartment. They provided quick responses to all of my questions and helped everything get squared away quickly. Moving can be overwhelming at times and they made the experience enjoyable!

How long do landlords have to return a security deposit in Colorado?

State law gives Landlords 30 days to return the security deposit, or if any of the security deposit funds are being withheld - they must provide an itemized statement showing the charges against the deposit. If the lease specifically states that the landlord has longer to return the security deposit, they can have up to 60 days max.
