Displaced broken femur from someone hit me head on. They did decent with my service and everyone is nice. My problem is with their billing department trying to collect on my wife when she was INSURED. We have gone through every headache to situate this and were told and provided proof of coverage. They screwed up and billed the wrong insurance first and caused the headache. It'll be taken care of since we have proof but just thought I would share with ALL. Make sure these kids get your billing info correct or they will ensure a complete headache and ruin your credit. I now have a fight with two insurance companies on responsibility and both admitted HEALTH images inproperly ran the insurance in wrong order. Also should note they fought me EVERY step of the way on meds so been about 2 months of sheer pain because they won't fill meds until our primary care is setup. Might I ad a screw also is being pulled from broken femur for ruining a tendon. Not their fault but them trying to care for the pain im in is non existent. They just worried someone was getting addicted to meds. Now I'm borderline ruining a tendon for weeks trying to get this screw out. They even wasted a visit after a CT scan next door to tell me its ok. Good thing co pays are through medicaid and $2 vs an insurances $50+ or wouldve been more unhappy for the waste of time. I guess my point is if your on medicaid maybe avoid here if you can help me. On standard insurance no issues but if you are working all your insurance out and primary cares, avoid this place as it will cause excruciatingly complicated headaches assuming they can manage to bill your insurances properly. Such a shame too as I really like the place regardless of the headaches and pain I've had to endure from them.

The people who work up front not the greatest. Didn’t let me translate for my mom just because I look like a minor and had a baby with me. They get mad when you don’t know which out of all is the one who called you up. If you can’t have a good attitude to costumers why work here. As well only can use the interpreters they have when there English isn’t there greatest or there Spanish.

Hi there! No driver is required for a bone density exam. This is a pretty quick exam that usually only takes around 25-30 mins from your arrival time. The only preparation for this exam is that no calcium supplements should be taken 24 hours prior to the appointment.
