One star because I called ahead to inquire about pricing and was told the appointment for contact lenses would range between $80-$100. After my appointment, I was told it was $250. I pointed out that that was different than the price I had been quoted, and the response was "That's just our call center they don't know the pricing". Allie who checked me out and Dr. Whitmire were both fantastic so it's a shame they are using this "call center". Unacceptable.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location. These ladies were top-notch, from check-in to exam to helping me pick the perfect glasses! All were helpful and pleasant. One staff member even offered to adjust my stretched-out (purchased elsewhere) frames, which improved that pair. I am thrilled I found this place!
