Yes is you drive as your going to the rec center and follow the road all the way to the north there's another turn that takes you around the north end of the park behind the skate park etc and of you go straight on that road it just leads you back out to Colorado in front of that conoco

Yes there is a playground and water play area. There is a swimming pool at the rec center. I have seen people fish, not sure if it's allowed. They have swan boats available for rental. I would check their website to make sure of hours and whether fishing is allowed.

Corn works good too. Mainly corn is for them ugly carp fish lol.. Spinner baits are good. Also I'm from Ohio. And I don't know about the laws here but goldfish are a lil secret to catching big bass.
