I love church's chicken, but it's ashame they keep running out of chicken, fried okra, ect. I'm going to have to start going to KFC.

Look, the food is great as always. I am just writing this because I cannot believe how embarrassing the workers are. I ordered delivery from here and they spoke to the delivery driver horribly. Apparently they did not have food and instead of kindly telling the driver they were out of food they told him " you aren't picking up anything cause we don't have any food." Was it so hard for them to say " We apologize but we have ran out of food." Who is training these people? I don't even want HR to send me that reply of you care because as others have stated the employees need to learn customer service. I do not like people who should respect other workers being rude to a person who was simply working and minding their business.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior by the employees….. my family attempted to purchase chicken late in the evening and your staff threw a fit over 25 legs…. Because what??? Didn’t want to work or wanted to take leftovers home to feed their own?? Unacceptable! He ordered and paid and employees came out from the back and started yelling! Wth?? Then had the audacity to call my family white trash even though they paid! You have no idea the hell my family has gone through losing their dad and trying to plan a funeral…. And was just trying to feed the family in between the grieving and could do without the racial slurs and straight up laziness and rudeness of the staff….. especially when my family is far from trash! Every employee in that bldg would be lucky to be part of our family….. do better church’s….

The Church's Chicken at 507 N Texas Ave, Bryant Tx, need a lesson in customer service; especially their manager. Specific, I went to this Church's Chicken on 01/31/2022 and order a 10 piece; not realizing it didn't come with biscuits. When I got to the window I asked the cashier how many biscuits/rolls does it comes with, before the cashier could answer, her manager standing in the background telling her she can't take orders at the window. First problem, the manager was out of place and was not allowing the cashier to do her job, because at that point I wasn't asking to purchase anything I was only asking a question. Secondly, no other cars were in line; I was literally the only car in line so what was the big issue. I proceeded to ask the price, and yet again the manager blurred out that she "can't take orders at the window", so, I said no other cars are in line. Then the cashier said "I'm only telling you what my manager said", "you have to pull back around and place your order because of the 'clock'." I told the cashier to tell her manager she can keep her chicken since she worrying about the 'clock' and, I pulled off.
