Came to see my mother and she told me the property was so horrible she hated going out anywhere. I had to walk around and see if it was as bad as she said…, it is. Last time I was here it was not like this. Not sure what changed, but this is horrible. She will be moving soon.

sorry office crew never knows anything. trash everywhere daily. im pretty sure the maintenance crew ride the short bus in highschool. all they do is ride around on a golf cart avoiding work

If I could give 0 stars I would! Air conditioner has been out for a week. Maintenance man forgot to put a filter back in air conditioner unit for over a month. When I told the manager in office she had an attitude and seemed unconcerned. Sent maintenance and told me to contact emergency maintenance number but when I called I was sent to a personal cell that no one answered. It is now 85 degrees in my house. It feels better outside than inside. I have to go another weekend with children with unbearable heat. Unable to use either restroom. One restroom is flooding uncontrollable, the other is leaking into the apartment underneath. Have contacted emergency maintenance over and over with no response. I honestly hate that I paid my rent, once again.

I was interested in looking at the property and to meet with a leasing agent and went to the office that is located outside of the gate. I arrived at 10:20 am on a Monday morning and the door was locked. The sign posted showed the hours as 8:30 - 5:00. I called the number posted and no one answered so I left a message stating that I was out front and would like to talk with a leasing agent. I of course thought that there had to be a good reason that no one was there and waited in my car for 5 minutes. No one returned my call so I called back the next day at 2:15 pm. Fortunately someone answered and I asked about the day prior and it was brushed off as if I was being unreasonable. Needless to say I ended the conversation with the young lady and will not consider these apartments for my mother. My overall opinion of the leasing office is not favorable and I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I can only imagine how they treat the tenants if this is how they treated a sales call.
