Vaping can be a great step-down method. The nicotine content of the juice can be precisely controlled from a high number down to absolute zero. Personally i use vaping as a replacement to smoking. The testing shows next to no harm from vaping, and nicotine isnt really the demon drug they want you to believe. Nicotine can actually have some great benefits in small doses. Cigarettes do alot of unnecessary damage to the body. I sincerely wish you well on your plan to quit. I know you will succeed!
