I purchased my Honda in Bellingham because these guys in Everett didn't have the selection/options I asked for in my 2022 Insight. No big deal. My first visit to the Klein service dept was somewhat frustrating, but it turns out I was in a learning curve concerning my new hybrid. Recently I brought the car in for it's first service and was pleasantly surprised at the positive greeting, the prompt service and the 'free' oil change/tire rotation. Wow. Update: 07/15/2022 Over all stars are reduced to 4. Reason? My feelings are, if a customer presents an obvious defect to a service rep, and the part is in warranty and covered, there should be absolutely no question as to replacing said item. A few months back I noticed the top rubber trim on the drivers side was warped and defective. An eye sore for me. The service rep gave me a fight saying it 'still functioned' so it wouldn't be a warranty replacement. I was like... still functioned as what? In my opinion, trim has several functions, one of which is to LOOK GOOD. The trim was replaced at no cost, and they did a good job, but I didn't need the stress.

I worked with Noah who was friendly and did a great job explaining the options available. The experience was low pressure and they were able to get me a new Passport that week at a fair price. Many of the other dealers I went to are charging large area markups and it was nice to not deal with this at Klein. I will definitely work with Noah and Klein again.

I bought my SUV here last July. Everyone was nice enough and I remember it as a positive experience even though we were stressed at the time about it. I’ve been in a couple of times for service and both times they were great and super friendly. Be prepared for a long wait with oil changes. I’m grateful we went here and l love my SUV!

Klein Honda is located about 5 minutes from the New Paine Field Airport. We have shuttles that run during business hours to Paine Field and Boeing every 20 minutes or more often if needed.

Yes but be very sure about the life time oil change because that's what I thought when I purchased my vehicle and it turned out to be only 3yrs. Unfortunately, I couldn't prove it.
