Not only is the Team extremely diverse but very helpful! They All work together as a Team very hard to find today in a retail environment. I am a former Luxury Retail GM and I would have recruited some of these employees back in the day…lol 😂 Raven was very helpful assisting with my beauty needs and so were several other staff members! Unfortunately, the Mall this Ulta is located in is not that great…this team here deserve a better location!

Had an amazing experience today from help with nicest and most helpful person that works here in the Clinique cosmetics area 🤍🤍 In moments of me asking him for help he showed me items I needed for my skin type and I left looking like a filtered version of myself after he did my makeup. I wish I would have remembered his name ( sorry if I’m using wrong pronouns btw) but he deserves employee of the year and a raise!

Ricky was so patient with me today and went out of his way to help me find a foundation that worked with me. I was so nervous about having makeup applied on my bare face because I have acne scaring and he made me feel so comfortable and good at myself.
