Horrible customer service. Called to assure they had the specific oil I needed before driving over 25min to their location. Old guy who answered the phone asked me for a part number? For oil ??? I told him the brand I needed (LiquiMoly) and the weight (SAE 5W-30) he continued to asked for a part number. And stated they have a wide variety (as if my description didn't narrow it down) and that I needed to come in and look for myself. I told him the 3 other stores I called took the SAME info and looked on the shelf (wait was less than 3min) and informed me they're, unfortunately out of stock. I informed the now obviously highly disturbed clerk that I want to assure they have it as my GPS says I will arrive just before closing. Again no budging to glance at the shelf. Luckily I made it there in time and found exactly what I desired, only 10ft from where he answered the phone. I tried to be thoughtful thinking they were super busy but only found that I had interrupted his afternoon flirt session with a coworker less than half his age! Who mind you was barely awake trying to sleep on the counter. Only positive is that I got my oil. Will only return her if absolutely necessary. And even then I don't think I will, especially since they said they drink out of puddle water when I inquired about where to find a drink. Worst customer service and flat out rude and lazy employees.

This location really lacks customer service. They act like as if they were doing you a favor for being there. I went in at 4/19 at around 12:35 and the blonde lady was super rude and she made hundreds of noises to let me know she's tired and was mad about helping me. This is the second time I come twice in one week and she does the same gesture and lacks the customer service. They will hang up on you as well and act like they got disconnected.

Wish I could give zero stars! I had just paid to have my oil changed down the road and they "misplaced" my oil cap so I stopped at NAPPA due to location. My 4 year old had accidentally locked my keys in car. I had went back in with my crying daughter caused mind you snow is still everywhere to ask if they had anything I could buy to help me get my car unlocked. All three employees look at me like I'm stupid well the youngest says "well eh yeah like somewhere around here . Looks for two secs BEHIND COUNTER IN SIGHT and follows with a " I cant find em so I guess we sold em all" What happened to common curiosity?? Dang!

Slow and uncaring staff. Overhead one employee bad mouthing assistant manager's incompetence to a customer. This occurred while I was waiting an extremely long time for my cashier to figure out the price of my item. He finally asked his coworker and she blew him off and told him ask someone from the dept the item came from. He didn't even speak to me about what he was doing and certainly didn't think to apologize for my wait. No one in the store at any time offered any assistance or asked if I found what needed. Nor did they thank me for shopping with them. The store was not clean and the parking lot is arranged in a ridiculous layout. I really don't know how they could have returning clientele if mine was a typical experience....
