Great service, wonderful team of people operating this location. The quality of work is awesome. Nothing but great things to say about everybody there. Andrew in service has been wonderful and always responsive and patient. He cares about the customer. Working with Karl on delivery of my new 17K has been a pleasure; they just can't do enough to make for a five start experience.Just an update on extended warranty post 12 mo. I did buy the Xtraride Service Contact 5 yr Warranty offered by Protective. It sounded great for $2k. My AC failed in Tucson, to keep it short, the Protective Warranty was useless, does not insure and in the real world does not work if you are mobile. Just a word to the wise. I canceled it for a refund and will self insure. Note. Apache has fixed all my 12 month warranty issues with perfect 5 star satisfaction.

I bought a 2021 Palomino Truck Camper and Iseiah was fantastic during the walk through. He was very knowledgeable about my camper and knew every detail. As a new camper owner/purchaser I really appreciated the time he took to walk me through it all, because it was a lot of information. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Thank you the rest of the staff that assisted in my purchase. Andy was my first point of contact, but Morgan also great in assisting me when I came back to fit the camper on my truck and hook up my 26 foot box trailer. Thank you everyone at Apache. Great service all around. EDIT: I will add, there was zero pressure from the team to buy. They let me take a few weeks after a small refundable payment to hold camper. I had to make sure the camper fit my truck along with my race trailer. Once everything fit, we finalized the sale.

We had a great experience at Apache RV Centre today. 3 days ago we were going to travel back to Canada, but lighting on the back of my trailer Not working. We had my trailer towed to Apache Center. Got an appointment 2 days later and they found the problem and fixed it. Steve was very accommodating, up front and honest. When we got there for our 10 o'clock appointment, trailer was fixed already and ready to go. Bonus for us. Several other staff I met were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would go back there any time.

Great Experience all around. Low pressure, good selection and they held the camper we purchased for about 3 weeks so we can prep our truck and get finances in order. We got a nicely organized binder with all the document from all the different appliances and gadgets inside the camper. Also got a thorough walk through at pickup of how to use everything inside the camper. Overall, I highly recommend Apache and their sales and service teams.
