One of the best pita bread you can get in the city! It’s fresh and delicious! They also sell delicious pies and desserts! I love their twist on their cakes! And their baklava ice cream cake highly recommended! Parking is easy to find in the plaza and they do have a small seating area, but it’s also great for pickups

Every so often, we come across a restaurant, cafe, or bakery that has something so delicious and special that we declare ourselves soon-to-be-regulars right on the spot. It recently happened in Everett, WA. Yes, it's Alida's Bakery. What will lure us back again and again? The Samoon Pita Bread is absolutely delicious. Baked fresh daily, it smells divine, looks inviting with it's rounded-diamond shape, has a delightful chewiness, and tastes fantastic. It is an experience that should not be missed. We have never eaten pita bread that is anywhere near as wonderful as that at Alida's Bakery. What other delights beckon us? The Baklava, a sweet, delicate, and beautifully flaky dessert, and the Kanafa, with just the right balance of rose water, are yummy. On our next visit, we look forward to trying the Manakish and the Klecha cookies. I've no doubt they will be as scrumptious as their other items. Last but not least, the owner and staff are lovely people, who give a warm welcome and are happy to answer questions. What a find!

I love bakeries and fresh bread, and Alida’s is as good as it gets for freshness, flavor, delicious dessert and awesome customer service. They never compromise quality but yet work fast and always stay stocked with what you want. If you haven’t checked it out yet, go!!!!!

Great place for pita and other flatbreads. I got a couple packs of pita and samoon and they were delicious and fluffy. I also got a slice of strawberry cake that was amazing too. On to of that everyone working there was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I recommend Alida's to everyone. Hope you return soon!
