Horrible customer service. Took 4 messages with numerous phone calls to finally reach a manager with-in a week and half. Reserved a room a month in advance directly with the Hilton in College Station during the week. Received a phone call the day of needed to be transferred to the TRU in Brian because of a water leak. The manager stated that there’s nothing that they could do to compensate our credit because we booked a month in advance. TRU is not where we originally booked and was a lower grade hotel. Very disappointed in the Hilton Garden Inn College Station!

I will never make another reservation at this hotel. They do not guarantee a room after you have already made a reservation, even if it shows your reservation on the Hilton App. No help whatsoever in resolving the situation.

Service was great and so was the food and the beds were very comfortable however the issue I had was with the billing. We had several issues since we've checked in, we had two different cards on the room they were accidentally swiped twice. Management said they would refund us but we didn't get the full refund. Then we started with the new card which was mine and that's when the money just kept disappearing like crazy that they blatantly lied about the rates, then change their story every time. I felt like we were taking advantage of money-wise, they promised my father a full refund on his card and still have it delivered their promise.

The Desk CLerk did not get off of her chair at the desk, did not greet me, only looked and said. DO you have a reservation? She barely spoke to me and just handed me the bag of water and the key. Normally at other properties, they greet you, thank you for being a Diamond Member, etc. The two lamps next to the bed had plugs in them to charge your phone, however none of the plugs on either worked. Was also disappointed that they do not have a breakfast buffet like all other Hilton Garden Inns. Only had one person working the entire Restaurant and Kitchen.

I started using that Hotel about 4 years ago. Not sure how long it had been there before then.
I think the continental breakfast is still free like at Hampton Inn. All things off menu cost or like Benjamin said give up your 750 points for breakfast.
