The guy at the passport office is an total mamabicho and knowing we were only 10 minutes late cause of traffic plus we had a newborn with us did not wanted to take us.. its extremely bad service.. guess he's been in the job too long to be soo comfortable and said "we are strick with timing" when we were the last appointment of the day.. he didn't even,try piece of trash...

Waited 3 days to report 2 packages as not delivered when it was marked as having been delivered to my mailbox. The manager was kind and prompt with resolving the matter. 20 minutes of investigating and by the time I got home and was pulling in my driveway, the packages were being hand delivered to my door. Can't thank you enough! Even though this shouldn't have happened to begin with, mistakes do happen. 🤣🤣

For probably the 5th time...bills that I paid and took to the post office on Main Street to mail have not been received. This causes alot of stress and having to figure out how to cover paying the bills twice in case the original payment eventually shows up. I put 4 bills in the mail slot in the lobby and only 2 have been received. If you complain they basically shrug their shoulders. I always believed in supporting the post office but I'm done. Will pay all my bills online.

Absolutely the most lazy established in pasco County. Delivers everyone else's mail EXCEPT mine. Wanna call and complain? How about calling them to be place on hold so long you make breakfast for your kids, clean yourself up for the day. Fire up the car and drive down to the post office. Walk in it to see useless attitude ridden poor excuses for employees standing around joking about some TV show while the phone at my ear is causing a slightly annoying light to blink on there phone telling them someone needs POSTAL SERVICES. SHUT THIS SPOT DOWN, THESE PEOPLE DONT DO ANYTHING!! I'm so frustrated I want to sell my home and move just because my post office is rude and incompetent.

By rule if the box is full all mail will be taken to the Post Office and hold there, it's normal to have it on hold for at least 10 days than it will be returned to the sender, Customer should call the Post Office and notify them immediately if there's an emergency or reason why the box has not been emptied on a daily basis 😀
Put a hold slip for vacations or such and or change of address request in your mail box if your moving.

Call and tell them to hold it for you. You don't have to put your mail on hold
The later you call the busier they are. Call around 10 am.
Contact your condo mgmt office first to see if the boxes are owned by the facility. If they own them they will provide a new key. If owned by USPS call the servicing branch office.
Good luck with that one... Can't even get someone to ANSWER the PHONE!! Would LOVE to hear how you get someone to Set an APPOINTMENT!? Which btw, they SHOULD DO!! And in a TIMELY MANNER!
Maybe it had to be signed for before they could leave it.. Like a certified letter or something? Thats the only thing I could think of..?? Id go to your local branch and place a complaint, in writing. Especially if its constantly happening..
