As a therapist treating patients at Grand Villa NPR, I have found it to be one of the best run senior living facility I have treated at. The facility is well maintained and very clean, which provides an optimal setting for treating patients. My personal experience with the care staff has been positive. Overall, I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and quality care.

I am a provider for a home health company that frequently work in this facility, I'm very impressed with the knowledge of the Administrator of each patient as well as the staff members, the environment is always warm and inviting, staff members display caring and warmth for the clients who reside there, i always enter with a smile, as i know the experience for the that day will be positive, if i was to place a loved one, i could not find a better place.

My Mom moved to Grand Villa a number of years ago when she could no longer live independently. Grand Villa has done a wonderful job of caring for her and increasing her care level as she gradually needed more assistance in her day-to-day care. She is now a resident at their memory care unit and quite happy there ... and I can understand why given how dedicated, patient and caring every staff member is in attending to her and her coresidents. ... it's way above and beyond. From my point of view, Grand Villa needs to change their sign that they have outside their entrance. Instead of saying "Heros Work Here", it really should say "Saints Work Here". Again, thank you for all you do in taking such great care of Mom!

My father was a resident of the second floor memory care unit for several months before his untimely passing. Our family was extremely pleased with the care he received from the staff, who were always friendly, professional, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The facility is clean and well maintained, and we took comfort in knowing that our father was safe and receiving excellent care. I would highly recommend Grand Villas of New Port Richey if you have a family member in need of such care.
