😷 if you owe them money they are right at your door. If they owe you money they are nowhere to be found. Mail is not delivered to residents on a consistent basis.

This facility is not worth the $3,000+ starting price for your family member to live here. Facility is understaffed with a random mix of psychiatric, memory care, and full assist patients who are able to wander freely and frequently end up outside of the home and put themselves in danger because the facility is unlocked 24/7. That also means random people off the street can walk right on in whenever they want without being questioned. Patients hide their own medications (usually pain medications) and are able to acquire alcohol as well and we aren't just talking about a bottle of wine here and there either leading to accidental overdoses being commonplace. The place is dirty and always smells of old urine along with all rooms being shared and are too small to be comfortable. Staff typically have no idea what is wrong with their patients if they even know who they are and send them to be evaluated sometimes multiple times in a week at the ER carelessly. If you truly love your family member and want the best care for them PLEASE AVOID THIS FACILITY.

If the resident brings one of their own, Dish TV is available.

They can be flexible as long as you can care for the dog. If it is a service dog I assume it is not aggressive
