If you can get past the initial appointment, which can take 2+ months, then this is a great facility. The staff are very caring and attentive. I believe they have 1 or 2 days where they are open late to accommodate those who work and if you are not insured, they work with you on the cost. I believe they are doing the community a great service.

I had an overall great experience today at Premier New Port Richey location. The staff was polite and warm. Dr.Polanco took his time and talked with my daughter and I about my care. He was kind and was in no hurry. I think that I have found my new PCP. Thanks to all of the staff for an awesome first visit!

I had a great experience here! All staff made my visit very pleasant. Receptionists were friendly and efficient. Nurse and Doctor were great! Listened to my concerns and were helpful in addressing them. I will definitely be continuing care here. Highly recommend.

The doctors and actual office staff are friendly and efficient. But I HAVE to give this place a 1 star because of their call center. Noone there it seems is trained properly. It is very hard to get through to speak with someone and don't dare press 1 for a call back..you will never get it. Also I had a referral I was waiting for for weeks and finally got it...but had a dr listed on it that wasn't even in the field I needed to see. So yourself some stress and just go somewhere else!!! I'm currently 2 weeks in trying to reach them to get my medical records and it is impossible
