Nothing like always getting your water bill 3 months late with a Delinquent notice to pay the bill. 3.5yrs I've lived in the same place. I DO NOT GET A MONTHLY BILL. It comes every 3 months! Then they want to shut my water off because I only am able to pay a portion of the bill. UPDATE YOUR BILLING! UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM! Your employees need to be on top of notifying your customers that your bill is due every month! I have a car payment on AUTOPAY I still get an email and paper mail when my payment is due. Every single bill I have is always paid on time or EARLY, EXCEPT YOURS BC I DON'T EVER GET AN UP TO DATE MONTHLY BILL! Then you want to come shut my water off.... Fix your system and bill me every month and you will never have an issue with me!

the worst service ever,the way you have to pay my bill is way werd couse they just allow throw the phone which you have to pay a fee to get it paied no way to make it go automatic online you have to visite the utility service building and they got the water cut after one month after i got my new house and i had to pay 85 $ to get it back

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I have been trying to pay my bill for months now. Online, automated phone line, and even with the third party company. None of them are taking my payment. Has nothing to do with my bank account. Now I receive mail saying my water will be shut off. I call to talk to an agent who proceeds to send me directly to the same third party that agains declines my card. Then come to find out they close at 4! As if anybody is going to be able to make it in by then who works normal hours. This is horrendous and a horrible way to treat your customers. The agent I spoke with sent me to the third party company because it was 5 minutes before he was getting off work and he didn’t want to deal with it. You guys are lazy and pitiful. Believe me there will be further actions taken if my water is shut off due to your incompetence!!

Let us know that they were going to be updating our water system and would shut off our water from 9 am til 5 pm that day. Our water was back on by 2 pm and clear as glass. They were still working on the cover up and cement but all was great with the water!! Great job PCU

We are under a boil water alert. Nothing was posted . I found out late Wens day. We live at Sandpebble pointe Bay Blvd. Port Richey FL. Does anyone know what time it will be safe to drink the water
