Cool store and all but I left within a minute because of the nasty attitude I was greeted with. I’ve been here before and I’ve enjoyed but not this time. I walked in, nobody said welcome and so I was intrigued by a vest that I saw on a rack that was one of the first things that you see in the store that was right by the front. As I was looking at it for maybe 10 seconds, I hear a lady ( who was fixing the mannequins) yell “ you can’t touch that “ and I honestly didn’t think she was talking to me b/c I was distracted by the cool vests. She came over really quickly and surprised us with a nasty attitude by saying “ you can’t touch that, there’s a signnnnnnn” in a passive aggressive tone/sarcastic. We said “ sorry we didn’t see the sign “ and moved away. Keep in mind that the “sign” is a little sticky note with small writing near the end of the rack, It’s not an obvious sign. We felt really unwelcome but we tried to brush it off however as we continued to look through some of the clothes we hear her talking to a coworker about the incident while we were STILL in there & they were basically MOCKING us!!!!!!!!! They were saying something along the lines of “ oh sorry I just don’t know how to read,” then they laughed and after that we felt even more unwelcome so we left. We won’t be coming back and if I could give 0 stars I would.

This just doesn’t happen everyday ! I dropped some things off to sell ,not only was I late on a very busy Sunday I had a ton of stuff. Thomas so graciously went ahead and went through my items offered me a fair price and did it with a smile. There were some things left over and I know me there is no looking back. So I asked if they would donate the left over items. Here is the best part. I got a call today from Tamara letting me know that she had gone through what was left and decided there were more items they wanted. I don’t know what was left in that bag and I didn’t care. They could have easily put them on the rack and I wouldn’t have known. This just doesn’t happen everyday. I will continue to do business with flashbacks knowing they take care of the people they do business with. Thanks again Thomas and Tamara for restoring my faith in man kind. No easy task in today’s works

Cool place overall that I have been to a few times, but I most likely won’t be back after my last experience. During our time shopping my friend, who is a diabetic had her blood sugar drop extremely low. Most attainable substance she could get her hands on was a Gatorade. When she walked back in the store with her tightly capped bottle the dude with the frosted tips told her she couldn’t be in the store with that, because no drinks were allowed. I get that. Totally understandable. But more importantly I see my friends medical condition and understood how much she needed that non opened bottle of Gatorade by her side in case her blood sugar were to drop again. She can’t plan her day around when it chooses to get low or high because that’s not up to her. I tried to explain to the worker about her condition and he was totally aloof, disregarding, and said “we just can’t have anything drip in here.” Whether the executive decision would have been to allow my friend to have her Gatorade by her side or not, it should have been dealt with more consideration and acknowledgment. Next time maybe make eye contact with me when I talk to you and don’t make my friend feel discriminated for something she cannot control.

One of the coolest thrift stores I've been to in a while! The staff were all helpful not mention well-dressed. I only had a few minutes free and I still found a few cool things! I'd definitely recommend it.

Can I change my clothes that I do not use for clothes that you have?

Assuming that they want the clothes you have, you would be able to use the cash from the sale to buy other clothes.
