Every time I place an online order for pick-up there’s never anyone at the pick-up desk. Various times employees that are available don’t even bother to ask if I’ve been helped. The people coming out from behind the area just stare and act as if it isn’t their job to help a paying customer.

Definitely the worst target I've been to and mainly because of the customer service in the electronics department today. I went looking for an item which one electronics employee said is available and it was on the app as well then he told another employee to get it and said oh no we don't have it anymore none at all. It was obvious he was lying, I didn't care that it wasn't a clearance item I told them I'll pay normal price that's fine I just want the product and he continued to say we don't have it when the other employee said he did.

This Target is gigantic! Probably the nicest Target I’ve visited. Lots of plant-based food items, including the amazingly delicious Silk Dark Chocolate Almondmilk. (If you haven't tried this, get yourself over to Target stat! It's $3.19 here v. $4.89 at Sprouts.) They also have a mini-Ulta section. The few staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They were out of some cosmetics and other things (April 2022), likely due to the current supply chain shortages, but I still got most everything on my list. Loved the Self-Checkout stations. I had to return two items the following day, and it couldn't have been easier or faster. Would be amazing to have this Target near where I live!

Thanks to this Target's great location, I was able to walk here with my family from our hotel while we waited for our rental car. It is huge! I've never seen one with two stories. Throughout the week I was able to experience shopping in nearly every department, including visiting the Starbucks inside and customer service to return a board game. All the cashiers were very kind and helpful. We also fell in love with the Taco Bean Dip they offer and ultimately bought all they had!

Target usually carries all popular music and new releases from popular artists. I don't think they have a dedicated Kpop section, but I'm sure they'll have the BTS.

Yeah, pretty much everything that you buy at Target is stored in a virtual receipt attached to the credit card that you purchased it with. As long as you present the credit card and they're able to link it to a receipt with that item on it in their computer system, you're all good. They will probably even give you your money back. If you don't have a receipt and you paid in cash, they do have the option to give you store credit and most likely will. My daughter used to work that counter at Target so I'm pretty confident that that is still their policy.
