Yesterday I went to the UTC Macy's to see a furniture product I had decided I might like to order. The staff who met with me were outstanding: the personal stylist Theresa Doctor and the furniture specialist Alan spent 4 hours helping to find the right size products and the best price for a sectional sofa configuration which was quite small. They were completely customer focused and kept trying different virtual plans to see what might work in my unique space. Their attention to detail and the knowledge of their product lines make a difficult set of choices easy. Their supervisor Gabriel also concurred that these two were outstanding employees. Thanks to the whole Macy's team for outstanding service both for product choice and value for money. A great Valentine's Day present.
