Yes you can

Anytime you return something to any Target Store, you need a receipt to back it up. In most cases other Target Stores will issue you a receipt or store credit for most any item that you buy at a different Target Store. When it comes to very high priced items, like electronics, they have a very short "reasonable use period". They expect returns to not have been used multiple times; to be in the same general condition as when you purchased them. You should then have no problems, as this happened to me only once and I had no problem.
