I'm so disappointed, I haven’t been at the rack in a few months today I went in looking for some items, but couldn’t find my size I asked one of the associates if they could help me find my size she said “ no we don’t have it everything we have is out “ without even looking on the floor , I asked her if she Can please check backstock and she refused I went to the fitting room and asked another associate if she could help me find the size I was looking for and she said no, she said “I can’t check in the back” I was so surprised I said what do you mean you can’t check, do you have back stock? And her response was “yes we do but I can’t go and check in the back”. I just left and didn’t buy anything such a bad experience not the customer service I had in the past, can’t believe no one was willing to help I won’t be shopping at the rack anymore at least not in store , not sure if not looking in the back is a new thing or they just didn’t want to help .

I like this location, but in certain areas there is an unexplainable odor, maybe from moisture if the clothes were in trucks for too long. I like that people in the fitting rooms don’t spend too much time counting your clothes. Really all stores need to learn from that. It’s a great way to avoid long lines.

Great selection of a little outdated designer clothing, but at very affordable prices. About 60% cheaper than last year price in boutique store. I would recommend coming here in the beginning of week and month to get the most selection. Or just ask manager when they have more goods coming in.

0 stars for Nordstrom's online shopping/in-store order pick-up faulty system and 4 stars for in-store customer service. I ordered 7 items online to be picked up from the store. I got an email yesterday that all seven are ready for pick up and then today when I went to the store I got only six. Apparently, 1 item was sitting in a store for 7 days, which I never got an email for, and automatically was marked to be returned. I don’t get how, if multiple items are ordered, they don’t combine all of them into one package when it arrives. Am I supposed to go get one by one every day until I pick up all of them?! Insane. Staff looked annoyed because I insisted on waiting till they found the seventh item… still they put an effort into finding it, unsuccessfully though. Appreciate their help, but I won’t be returning to the store or buying online. They gave me a refund but that is not satisfactory to me, I wanted the merchandise I paid for. So Nordstrom you need a better system.

They have a variety of perfumes, colognes, and fragrances. They typically have a display case at the front of the store. Check there, near the check out area.
