Brian the manager and Victor the sales associate made my experience at Zara a great one. I was already dreading going to the store because of how busy it can get. But thanks to them, my visit to the store was painless and even pleasant! Thank you for the great customer service!

I’ve been to this Zara multiple times this past week trying to return some items, every time the line is out the door and I’ve left after 30 minutes of waiting with the line barely moving. Today there were 4 people in front of me and it took over 30 minutes to get to the front. When I finally got to the front I realized why there is such a hold up. What should’ve taken less than two minutes to return one item took over 5 because of how slowly the cashier worked. He was very kind but clearly did not care about moving people in and out. I love Zara and the clothing but this Zara has put a bad taste in my mouth.

The lines going out the door on a weekday is atrocious. In my opinion the entire store needs to be shutdown until they get all new managers and experienced employees that know how to run a store halfway decent because this isn't it. Make sure you have nothing to do all day if you're come to this joke of a store because you are guaranteed to be standing in line for Two hours. The line for the fitting rooms is just as bad if not worse. Truly pathetic disgusting place. I should get 75 percent discount for the emotional distress this place put me and other customers through.

This store is always busy and i expect that but lately the customer service has made me decide to never return. Today-monday afternoon i cued for 20 min in fitting line after 30 min shopping, picked my clothes and waited 15 min in checkout. i realized i forgot my wallet in my jacket that was in my car. I asked the brunette w cute sparkly acrylics if they could hold the clothes for 5 min and i’d come back. She refused-grabbed the clothes and said , sorrrryyyyy. Fine by me, i’ll take my $400 to Nordstrom or any other store. This was my 4/5th awful experience. Will never return.

Two weeks ago dressing rooms were closed..probably to call thr store and ask for current info..
They are open till 5 pm
Use their Chain of Command of you STILL are having issues= 1-Customer Service Representative 2-First Level Supervisor 3-Second Level Manager 4-Third (or sometimes aka District) Level Manager 5-Division Level Manager/Vice President... 6-Shareholder Open (usually Annual) Meetings could be a Last resort venue?!?
