Nothing but respect for Dr. Baggs and his staff. They are there for us through and through in caring for our fur babies. They treat us like family with every visit. We won't consider seeing anyone else. Thank you for everything you guys do! 💕

I’ve been taking my ferrets here for 2 years now. Each time the staff is so excited to see them & are so gentle with them. Their prices are very reasonable. If you need an exotic veterinarian, This vet is a great place!

Sadly, this is the worse veterinary service I’ve experienced, far from professional, far from considerate. The service provided was detrimental to the health of my pets. We took In both our emotional support animals for procedures and it was not done right. We had to take them in to repeat the invasive procedure. After the second try, we noticed it was not done correctly, yet again. I called the clinic asking multiple times to speak directly to Dr. Baggs. The phone receptionist, Marissa, acted like she didn’t care. We paid a lot of money and now both pets have the same issue, their procedures were botched and the vet hasn’t tried once to alleviate our concerns with his work, poor performance, bad customer service. I regret so much taking my beloved pets to him.

I was searching for a vet as we are new to the area. This vet office is not complying with Covid-19 safety guidelines, not one staff member that we saw was wearing any type of face mask. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience in November. We did not stay for our appointment. If they can’t show compassion towards their fellow humans by following the recommended safety guidelines, I can’t trust them to be compassionate and thoughtful towards my dogs care. 02/25/21

I've been using Dr bags for quite a while he is the most incredible compassionate caring veterinarian I've ever used I wouldn't trade him for anything he has a very deep love and compassion for pets I would highly recommend him and his staff is irreplaceable
Howdy! There could be several explanations to why the nail bed is darker than usual. There may be an injury to the nail itself, an infection in the nail bed, or lick staining where she may be licking at a painful area. We would be happy to take a look and see what may be going on. If you would like to schedule an appointment please call our office at 979-823-5004.
We do not have dogs here for purchase or adoption. We would recommend the Aggieland Humane Society or the City of Bryan Animal Center. Both have fantastic staff that would love to help you find a puppy for your family.
Howdy! Our Laser Ear Crops typically run around $500-600 depending on the age, breed, and appearance you are looking for. We require a consultation with our vet to discuss the surgery and can have a much closer estimate at that time.
I have 5 dogs and I trim their nails myself (but not frequently enough), but whenever I take them in to West Villa Maria Veterinary Clinic for anything else they trim their nails free gratis.
Howdy! Our vaccination costs depend on what vaccines your pet requires. Our canine annual is $149 which includes a test for Heartworms, Rabies vaccine, Kennel Cough Vaccine and a canine combo vaccine that covers several diseases including Distemper and Parvo. If your pet is only due for a rabies vaccine, it runs $43. Please feel free to call our office at 979-823-5004 and we can answer any questions you may have.
Howdy! Appointments are always best so that we can set aside time for your pet to see one of our fantastic veterinarians. We do see walk-ins and try our best to work them in as quickly as possible.
Probably not, but that might depend on other factors, such as age and health (otherwise) of the dog.
