Hours of operation are 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday. And yes, you can go look around as well.
Depends on the time of day and the day of week. In 2016, I paid $350 for Wednesday morning. You can look on their website. All of the information is available there. The prices may have risen slightly. However, the money goes to charity, so it's quite an excellent deal.
Nothing like that close by. Some couples charter a mini bus or shuttle.
