I use to be a huge fan of Unity One but after experiencing job loss during COVID they were not willing to help me arrange payment for my loan. I finally got back on my feet paid off the loan but the late payments still negatively impacted my score. For a credit union to have a statement like this one “ At Unity One, we boldly believe that our members come first. That's why we always strive to provide the best service.” I think is the complete opposite I did not experience this and did not get a good result from talking with any representative on the phone. Go to another credit union where your issues actually matter because at Unity One that is surely not of importance to them.
