If I could put -5 starts, I would. I went to go refinance my car and they didn't do the paperwork right, I signed the same document 4 different times, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only person who does a good job is Kriste Lee.

Went in here on my lunch break and wasted 45 minutes trying to get my Debit Card renewed. Was told I would need to wait for my card in the mail because of a "shortage of plastic." Was able to go to the North Tarrant location today and got it renewed in less than 5 minutes.
