Sandra was amazing during my new car purchase. Not only did she provide great service to me, the dealership said it was the smoothest transaction they've seen. Great rates, terms! Thanks Ft Worth City Credit Union!

What is a dormant service fee

Aidan | Nov 6, 2018
Fort Worth City Credit Union | Nov 6, 2018

There is a $5 monthly Bill Pay Service Inactivity (Dormant) Fee. This fee only applies if you have enrolled in the Bill Pay Service and do not complete a bill pay or Popmoney transaction at least once every 90 days. To avoid the Bill Pay Service Inactivity Fee, simply complete a bill payment transaction at least once every 90 days, send or request money with Popmoney, or cancel the Bill Pay Service by accessing the Bill Pay Setup tab within Home Banking or contacting the Credit Union. Thank you!
