Yes they do perms and tinting
$25. They do a fantastic job, mine usually last 4-5 weeks. My lashes are completely gray on one side, so it's very easy for me to tell when it's time to go back. They cover top and bottom lashes beautifully. I highly recommend them for lash tint!
U have to wait 24 hours yes you can do anything with them make sure you wait they can be refilled two weeks
