I had to do a UA for a placement for an internship. I tried to schedule online and chose the employee test and it wanted to know if it was a plain UA, a supervised one, a federal one, and I can't remember what else. I tried to find a phone number to ask someone, but there are not any phone numbers listed for the specific locations. I googled "Quest Diagnostics phone number [my location]. It did provide a number. I called and got a long message and finally got to the option to speak to customer service, not my location. I chose that option and spoke to a really nice person that told me I was supposed to choose the type of test as "other" because it was not technically from my employer. Anyway, he offered to make the appointment for me. I said yes please. He did. It was all good. I went to the place the next day. I waited about 10 seconds, went back and did the thing. It took a little time because it was a drug test and they have to follow all kinds of rules. The lady I worked with was super-nice and willing to answer my questions. I would definitely go back to this Quest Diagnostic. I only docked one star because the website was not clear and I was unable to speak to my location. But everyone I dealt with was great!

Isma, the employee to draw my blood for testing, was SO professional AND kind! She reassured me she could find my hereditarily submerged veins having done this for "26 years". I could tell she loves her job and truly loves people. She did it like a pro and I was in and out and free to go back to work before 830 a.m.

As a Medical Laboratory professional for 17 years. This Quest Diagnostics location is a great example of how a draw station should run, great customer service, smile faces, clean, friendly phlebotomist. When you have a career that inflicts pain on someone kindness is an very important quality a phlebotomist should have, I had no clue I've been stuck already. Thank you Quest Diagnostics.

Yes
Yes. I walked in to do a drug test last month. You'd want to get there early though.
