I have now been here twice to order my sons prescription glasses. The ladies here at the front have always been extremely helpful, polite, and very patient with my 4 now 5 year old son. If your looking for a place to get your prescription glasses in a timely manner I would reccomend Bright Eyes Vision Clinic.

I wish i had the option to not give a star for the service i received. I use to bring my kids here for years, shortly before covid happened. We stopped going because of the rude service from the front office staff. It's always Hispanic ladies working at the front desk. I decided to give them another try in hopes of not receiving the same type of behavior/ rudeness. I came in with my daughter on Friday 5/13/22 around 4:40 to pick up her new glasses and the lady just hands them to me in a case. I ask her if she could check to make sure they were fitting properly and she looked at me like she didn't want to assist with that. Then I asked her if she could clean them off because finger prints were on the lens and legs. Her response to me was and I quote " where I don't see anything". I so kindly pointed it out to her,she walked off with the glasses as if I had asked to of her. The lady quickly walks them back over just to have me point out that the entire lens on both sides were smudge. I asked her for the little cloth that usually come with it and she said "we don't have those". That was fine,so I asked her again could you wipe off her lens around the frame and she gave me the dirtiest look. She went over to her other Hispanic co-worker and the cleaning station an proceeded to talk about me in Spanish. I was watching their behavior the entire time I'm asking her to do her job while still showing kindness. I failed to see any of that in the 3 Hispanic woman that they had working up there that evening. I confronted them about their behavior and their piss poor customer service skill towards what I asked of her. The lady that was helping me was a bit Heavier set on the end by the eye glasses. I knew they were talking about me because the lady that had nothing to do with any of our assistance turned and looked at me as the horrible woman was talking about me. Im watching her every move all the way up until we walked out the building. As she walks the glasses back over to me the other Hispanic lady she was talking to about me came back over with her. What was the spectacle all about?? I work in Customer service and I see this type of treatment being done to people all the time, and all I was simply asking of her was to do her job. Talking about a customer in front of them is poor customer service, just because you speak Spanish and think people don't understand shouldn't ever make it ok to make someone feel like they don't want to help you or they don't want to take the time out to resolve or accommodate your customers. It's a shame that you didn't care enough to put a few extra minutes into doing your job. We will not be coming back because of the horrible service and lack of care we received. Do your job!!! If people like her is going be front and center please make sure that they have the skills to keep people coming back, not have them no longer wanting to return. The eye doctors have always been wonderful to my family.

Wish I could give a zero star. The staff has always been very rude and usually to busy with their cell phones to dare help a guest or answer a question usually very rude and un informative on the phone if you call for any reason. oh and hey and if ur a normal parent who works on the weekdays and god forbid u would like the option to not have your kids miss school well.... they dont work weekends either. I will say the doctors are nice and that why we go back.... but the staff all needs to be changed get people who actually want to work not people who act like they are miserable and would love nothing more then to tell u to F off......

Medicaid will cover the exam portion of your visit. If the patient is under 21 years it will also cover glasses. If the patient is 18 years or older there is sometimes a $2 copay and that is determined by Medicaid. If the patient is 21 years or older glasses are not covered.
Yes. Thanks for the question. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask or give us a call.
