I don't usually write reviews but I've been here a couple of times now and after my last visit I just have to get on here and sing their praises. They have alot going for them: a great selection, affordable pricing, and awesome hours for a dispensary, but the reason I had to write this review is because of their customer service. From the security to the reception to the clerks behind the counter, everyone is super friendly, down to earth, and just so helpful. Even the owners introduced themselves and talked for a while. I am so happy to finally see a dispensary in Petaluma, but I'm feeling spoiled. We finally got one, and it's my favorite dispensary in the county. I can't recommend it enough, and I can't wait to go back.

I was there on 3-19-21. I just moved to the area from out of state. The employee i dealt with was not informative...rushed me in my purchase and made me feel uncomfortable... I will never use this place again... If u are reading this.. try Mercy wellness they help you with all the information..give discounts to new customers and they don't rush u at all..i spent 200 bucks at mercy wellness and 30 at this place...so...

This dispensary is overall the most personable dispensary I’ve ever been to. With the most genuine people and only good vibes in between. I have been going here for about a year and literally choose to come here as opposed to any other dispensary around (even if it’s out of my way and then some) because the overall service is so damn good that I couldn’t go anywhere else. I love this place so much and I’ve never been stirred in the wrong direction when it comes to what I was looking for that specific day. If I could put 10 stars I would but overall I’d highly recommend this place even if it is out of your way. From a stoners perspective you truly won’t be disappointed!
