Very nice peaceful park with lots of picnic tables and nice easy trails. Restrooms were clean and well stocked with tp. Campgrounds looked to be nearly full. The water in the swimming area looked to be green but I could see fresh water piped in and the aerators were going and several people were swimming and enjoying themselves.

It was empty! Zero people! It's a bit out in the middle of nowhere but that's part of what makes it awesome. I bought the annual state park pass for a whopping $35 and I'll be visiting this one again soon. Nice groomed hiking trails. A river and a hill for winter sledding.

State park requires entry fee and no one around the office. This park is located in the middle of nowhere although enjoyed the drive

Great place to visit with the Larson Mill, two bridges (stone & wood) going over Middle River & huge common area with a playground, pool & picnic shelter. Plenty of hiking trails around the area, too. No one was manning the park office, though and one bridge connecting the park with the campground was closed. The campground seems nice.

They are mostly mowed paths (maybe 3 feet across) through meadows or wooded areas.
