Beautiful scenery. Hope to camp there some day. Fairly clean lake. Update, we finally camped there! Very nice campgrounds. The bathroom and showers were decent and the fish were bitting pretty good. And so where the bugs 😆

Cute place, lots of trails. Almost zero phone service and satellite didn't have a signal. Enjoyed the lake and stream

Great place to take the family for a day or two camp for the weekend!. There are multiple shelter houses to use. There is a walking trail all the way around the lake. As well as a specialized picnic area with plenty of space to allow kids to play.

Loved walking on trails, the best thing colors in the sky during sunset along fall colors. Serene place. Campgrounds, beach, boat ramps, shelters, park benches, kids play area, trails to hike. Liked spotting deer, bucks from trails in the forest.

There is not. You will need to bring your own kayaks or canoes. There is a town nearby named Linden that has a place to rent kayaks and canoes. I think the name is Raccoon River Excursions.
Walk up is first come to use it. Reserved is call ahead to use she talking about shelters sir.
I hope so!
