For some reason ups doesn't know where to find my address. Also marked package as delivered. But now I have to drive an 1 hr and 20 mins for a $20 shirt which I will get charged for since it was marked delivered. Also can reach a living soul with any customer service these days. I could easily have it redelivered to a know address.

I have always had my packages delivered on my front porch of my place. These days they like to throw it out by the garage underneath where the water can drip on the packages. I would like to know if there anything they would like to do instead of letting my packages get wet and soaked. Thank you for your time

Not without charge...but you are able to take to Perry and find the driver and give them to him without charge or if there is a drop off place that is also free
