I stopped here at to open a mail box. The rep at the store Nola immediately had an attitude when I asked her to open a mailbox. She gave me the papers then said she may not be able to ring me up. Because she would not have time. When I asked her why she had such an attitude she said because I came in 5 minutes before she closed. I explained I could leave the information and could she process it tomorrow. She continued to be attitudinal and showed no respect. It also could have been racial discrimination, because I watched her be pleasant and joke with several other customers but when I approached the counter she became very stone faced. I was the only person of color in the store. There were several other customers in the store at close of business as well. I would like to reflect I was not the last person in the store. I intend to follow up with the manager Craig Heller.
