They have very bad service, I park and try to enter through the customer access door, it is closed, I tell one of the employees to push it and if not turn around and enter through another door. I walk and enter through the other door, I arrive at the service area and there is no one to assist me, so I have to walk to the front, so that someone can help me. Once the person appears, he takes all my data and tells me that I will receive a message when it is ready, 25 minutes go by, I received the message and when I approach it, they tell me that they cannot make the change, because it is very uncomfortable for it , because my car is a Mini Cooper, I mean, I don't understand, they could have told me all that before!!!!!

Tire Center does not take appointments...best they can do is tell you if they will be able to do the job on that day, but be prepared to wait!
