Never have I ever been asked five million times if I found everything alright. I told them employees numerous times that yes I was okay. There was 20 minutes left till close and I knew what I needed. With the amount of time that they asked me what I needed, I could’ve gotten the things I came for. I felt like I had to dodge employees left and right for them to leave me alone. It was truly outrageous, and I will be telling others about this incident. Get it together and stop rushing people.

I was never treated so RUDELY by 2 associates in the concord road store. I wanted to print a downloadable invitation. The first employee gave me some instructions I was not able to follow or understand and he walked away. The next employee first told me they couldn’t print them which I knew was wrong and then was told I had to go home and upload the file from my computer. They were very rude and most unwilling to help me. I went to Nedra and they printed my invitations with a simple email to them from my phone and a smile on their face.
