I even called on the phone and quickly spoke with a live person and received guidance on the installation. The laminate flooring is a good product which I installed myself. Trying to redo my kitchen and dining room floor by myself. Staff was helpful in assisting me with what I wanted. Appreciated the staff not trying to sell me the entire store. I feel as if my purchase was the minimum needed to get the job done, even as an amateur.
