Let me begin by saying I do a lot of business with this location and have always been satisfied with the service. That is to say the employees are efficient If not always friendly. At least they get the job done. A greeting would be nice but not necessary. But I was not prepared for what happened on my last visit. There was a single employee at the counter, she was turning to leave the counter when I entered. She rolled her eyes when she had to return to take care of me. I can ignore most poor customer service behaviors but this display was unbelievable. I smiled said "you must be having a bad day" thinking she would realize she was being rude and check herself. But she didn't. Some people don't know any better and if the employer allows it they won't learn. I will keep patronizing the location because it is convenient and they have never lost a package.

The Prodigal Son Gaming

Came to this location today at 11:58am and there was a sign that said closing my at 12pm. 11:58 is not 12, and your google listing says open til 6. I own a small biz and have the decency to post these types of hours changes.
