i bought a label on ebay , i chose fedex because they offered (supposedly) a discount from their normal price , my package details were correct , i dropped the package when i said i would , the package met all the rules but they go back and remove the discount then say their estimate was wrong , fedex is in financial trouble and resorting to unscrupulous tactics like blatant false advertizing , i couldve paid 40 bux usps and had no problems , instead i paid 35 thru fedex only to get charged another 55 later , i filed a complaint with ebay who put in a refund request but good luck , i can almost guarantee what this is , everyone has heard theyre in trouble financially , they need the bussiness , they quote the wrong price then change it , they cant compete so are gonna do what they can to stay afloat, it isnt right , it isnt fair , i meticulously recorded the dimensions and weight and dropped it exactly when i said i would if anyone doesnt believe me i have absolute 100 percent proof on video because i had heard they were getting bad but didnt want to believe it , after thousands of packages i have never had usps do this , not once , i went over all the rules even ebay couldnt give me a reason and just said "the estimate was wrong" - the estimate was blatant false advertizing and fraud is what she really meant , just be prepared to do everything right then get charged more than twice what they originally quoted
