Ghetto, not helpful, highly cockie young employees and all they do is talk to each other. Not helpful, I had to guess the part when they are supposed to be the expertise. My Car was parked right outside. I was sold the wrong part, a break pad which should have been a shoe, a Mgr. Even viewed the item knowing it was wrong..checked the computer 2 times...went and searched. I had to come back to return the part. When I returned, a very nice elder man told me this was clearly the wrong part and it shows right there when the receipt was brought up. I am in the system and updated with my info when I first came in...I tried to give the kid my title info so he knew what kind of car, model, everything and he refused to look at it. I am writing this because there was no excuse for his behavior. He needs to be retrained and understand his customers comes first before your side bar conversations with other employees about nothing pertaining to his job! I need you all to do better and this is NOT my first issue with THIS store. Best of luck!

While having battery issues I decided to go to the Autozone located on Spring Avenue, where I was met with high customer service from an associate named Jeffrey who was able to answer any questions that I had about my battery and was able to assist me in getting a battery that will fit my car.
