I want to start off by saying that over the years of me coming here I’ve had mixed feelings about the company and staff. Every time I pass by to get some parts it seems there’s always new people who seem to not know what they’re doing. I was seriously considering of just forgetting about AutoZone and getting my parts from Advance Auto. But there are two amazing workers who seriously made me re-evaluate how I feel about the company and location. Chris and Brian (idk last names or their positions in the store I just know Chris’s shirt is grey and Brain’s is red). Numerous times I have been there and coincidentally been helped by them and let me say they’re exactly what the standard for AutoZone employees should be and I’m beginning to understand why they’re the only real consistent faces I see there. They make sure I get what I need and if I don’t know the name of the part they go the extra mile and try to google it or ask someone in the back (I’m assuming the big boss or maybe a mechanic) to make sure the part they’re selling me is 100% right! Chris has helped me swap my brake light when I didn’t know what I was doing and Brian has changed my battery. They understand not everyone knows about cars. It’s to the point where before I walk in I glance in through the window to see if either of them are there. I hope AutoZone continues to hire excellent workers like them!
