They are very unprofessional and rude, they over talk you and don’t know any information you ask them for.They don’t tell you to hold on they just switch you to a different department without letting you know. Everyone who picks up the phone has a very nasty attitude like you’re bothering them when they should be working.

I called Mr. Hunter to help because my son was sick. He transferred me to a program director and her name was Dr. P who would not give me her full last name. She is not a Doctor but instead a program director. When I told her about my son being sick; potentially with Covid she said, and I quote “I cannot confirm or deny any program related issues, but they will investigate further”. When I asked about something else, she said again…I cannot confirm or deny any program related issues, but they will investigate further. The third time she said it I had to stop her as I was already repeating it with her. She was very snarky at best and proved to be of no help. In addition, they must participate in rehab classes. He has been there for 4 days and all the program personnel said daily was that it was too hot and to sign the attendance paper and leave. That’s certainly not helping anyone. There is no paper towel or soap in the bathrooms and the place is beyond overcrowded. The administrative staff is of no help. I agree with the other people who gave negative reviews. They are accurate at best. Something needs to be done. Clearly, they are setting up these people for failure. Unfortunately, the taxpayers are paying these people who obviously do not care.

They accused my man’s powdered lemonade that he ordered for commissary as drugs!!!! What kind of shit… he finished the program the first three weeks and still can’t work, someone else interviewed and got the job to start working and they wouldn’t let him go. If the state paid more attention to facilities and where they are sending people to there us NO way this place would be still running. Unprofessional.. this place does more harm to the residents then it does helping them. Literally INSANE. Over 100 residents and there’s only ONE video visitation monitor… INSANE

My son just was send there for 3 weeks. If this place is that bad I’m calling the state board of prision
They go back to Northern State, thats where DOC takes them when we call & you'll have to call Mrs. Cardosa to schedule a appointment to pick up their property & the days are Wednesdays 8am-12pm then 6pm-8pm & Fridays 9am-12pm

i just left there this place is under staff. The food they serve you is nasty. If you find a job they will find away for you to miss the appointment. Not a halfway house to go. we had more freedom at Bayside state prison farm. what you read about there program is not true.
There isn't one that I'm aware of
U have to be approved first. Visit days are either sat or sunday. 12-2 or 230-430.
