I can order from the app and walk in and use the automated order vending machine to get the pizza without talking to a single person. Love dipping pizza in crazy sauce.

I bought a hot and ready pizza and it wasn’t hot and it seem like it has been sitting for a couple of hours. I have never had my pizza this hard and semi cold and I’m pregnant so this unacceptable

Ordered a hot-n- sweaty and a crazy bread combo and something that should've been ready already.... I waited over 10mins. Not to mention when I got back to my hotel to find the lazy azz workers didn't even cut my pizza. If I could give 0 stars I would... will never stop here again. So don't waste your time just go somewhere else.

Ordered at the counter and my order was not correct but they made it again and didn't charge me the upcharge. Not super friendly and service is not super quick but they apparently do a large volume of business.
