Place has gone to hell order from somewhere else. They dont even use own drivers. A driver from door dash delivered and when ask where rest was he didn’t even know what I ordered. Plus on track he was at some other place for 20 minutes such bs Got order just now and it was wrong cold and didn’t have all items I paid for. I dont know who they have running that store but needs new management. I’ll order from Dominos next time I want a pizza

We walked in to order pizza. Took them forever for someone to even acknowledge we were there. I was about to walk out. And when finally someone greeted us they were like they hated their job. But the other guy was really nice and handed the pizza. The pizza was good.

My work ordered food at 9:55 am for a delivery at 11:00am. We called at 11:25, 11:41 and 12:00. We spoke to Stasha all three times. She was very rude! She said food is on its way and it will get there when it gets there and hung up. I called back at 11:41 to ask how the accommodate the fact the order was so late. She stated she could do a refund on the pizza. I agreed to this. I was under the impression the food was still going to be delivered since nothing different was said. I I called back at 12:00. She was very rude when I asked to check the status of the food. She told me that since the they are refunding me the they took it upon themself to cancel it. We work for a hospital and it is hard being able to get out and get food. We have no food and we now have clinic and are unable to go get food. This location is horrible.

Terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Both showed up incorrect, and smushed as if they were held sideways. When I went to the store, the manager, Josh Mattingly was rude and not helpful at all. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. I called to address the issue and was hung up on twice. So I finally just went up there. When I arrived the manager laughed off the situation and said “you’ll get a refund” and threw my pizza on the table and walked away. I didn’t ask for a refund, I just wanted the correct pizzas I ordered.
