If you are offered a drop trailer load, DON'T DO IT! I have done jobs for different brokers(XPO,TQL) and almost blamed them for how poorly this facility works! The contract states 3 day trailer drop, and currently I am going on my 13th day my trailer has been there. I tried picking up my trailer a week after it was dropped off and it was still loaded. There is no phone number available to where you can actually speak to anyone for updates. Worst part of all, they are not willing to pay all of the extra day my equipment has been there loaded. If i could give ZERO stars i would!

This company is a joke. First thing i noticed was that mountain of broken pallets in the entrance next to the big pile of trash next to the trash bin. Then all the broken down forklifts inside the warehouse.
