I just got a unit a little over 2-3 months ago and I have to say my experience has been amazing. Every person I’ve met who works here has been so kind and so helpful. I got my key stuck in my lock-a person from a DIFFERENT extra storage offered to come over because my team was on lunch and didn’t want me to wait. I got helped instantly and was treated wonderfully.
