Gets the job done with fair prices. They rarely get Vietnamese clientele so they were surprised to hear me speak. I can understand why the vibe would be off-putting for some. However, I understood everything they were saying and it's nothing to feel offended by. They are just running and business that gets busy. Reminds me of a kitchen in a busy restaurant. It's just the culture for a lot of Vietnamese folks. There's a lot of passion and hard work, so don't take it personal.

They do not do all the steps in their services listed! And still make you pay for the “deluxe service” and only give you the bare minimum! Then the owner argued with me saying she did all the steps and I can clearly see what the menu says and what that service includes. The nail polish they used on my nails was also very streaky and didn’t go on very smooth. Very disappointed in my service and how I was treated here and will not be returning!

I will say I liked that everyone wore masks & greeted me aright away. After that I was NOT pleased. I was sat down in the pedi chair before I could choose my color, my feet barely touched the water & one lady was already grabbing at my feet. Like wow can my skin & toes soak before you start scrubbing and tugging. I didn’t come for my nails but I was asked multiple times by different people so I finally just said sure, regular mani. This older lady had a nicer disposition, playful & welcoming like I’m use to manicurist being. But even she was so in a rush to do my nails. How are you in a rush to do something talk kept offering to me! Paint job was subpar for mani/pedi. I wanted to like this place. Prices were good & no wait. As women came in (it’s almost 530, not closing time) the RUSH continued, glancing at the clock every few mins as if time changed that quick. Then they wanted me out the pedicure chair to dry but wanted me to walk bare foot across the salon. Uh NO. I wore slides & with the divider on it would clearly mess up the polish. I sat to dry for like 6-7mins, another older lady came over grabbed my shoes and tried to maneuver my feet in like she knew the special trick, of course smeared the polish smh I showed her & asked to fix it, she says something loud in her language & walked away. RUDE! You were so in a RUSH & screwed up MY nails but you have an attitude. I left a tip with my payment (bc they ask for all this before you even dry) I regret my tip & coming to this place! NOT Worth my money to be RUSHED & receive poor customer service & work

Very unprofessional...I dislike this nailshop. They are too ghetto and always speaking in a demeanor that is extremely unprofessional. I never receive what I ask for and I don't care about price. Not only do the pedicures suck but they messed up my eyebrows... I'm always spending over 100 and leaving upset. And they don't care. I will never return here. I'm not sure why people recommended this unprofessional place. And what type of nail shop only has one person to do the dip/ S&S nail polish. And she always has an attitude and the men are horrible. I don't recommend this place in any way. Ever for anything!!! Have a blessed day 🙏 ✨️ 💛 💖

Do we need to make an Apt. Or can We still walk in??

Sometimes they're busier than others. Sometimes it's right away and sometimes they tell you to sign in and come back in an hr. You can totally just walk in though.

I would never go back there. The last visit was not pleasant, I was bitten by some type of bug I did not see. I began to itch and felt lousy. I went home put my clothes in plastic bags, jumped in the shower and washed my hair. The experience was very disturbing and miserable. There are so many more salons in San Pedro on Western Ave. Give them a try.
